Lost tickets / Can’t find my ticket

All e-tickets are sent to the email address entered at purchase approximately 7-10 days before the event.
We will announce on our social media when e-tickets have been sent out.

If you have not received your tickets, the fastest and easiest way to retrieve them is to:
• search in your inbox for Kaboodle
• check any spam/junk or bulk folders
• log in to your Kaboodle account (set up when you placed your order). Head to kaboodle.co.uk and click on My Tickets.  Use ‘forgot password’ to reset your password.

If you are unable to log in to your Kaboodle account, you may have entered your email address incorrectly at checkout. In this case, please email Kaboodle directly – victorious@kaboodle.co.uk.
