Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older who holds a valid ticket and will remain on-site as their guardian for the entire weekend. Individuals aged 15 or under are not allowed to attend the event without an accompanying adult.
We reserve the right to challenge or deny entry to anyone attempting to enter the festival with an incorrect ticket type or accompanying minors who are not under their care.

Opening Times
- 10am-11pm each day
- There is no entry or re-entry after 8pm.
You must have your wristband scanned on exit if you wish to re-enter before 8pm.
Please note if you leave and re-enter, you will need to queue up and be searched again.
You can choose to show your e-ticket on your phone, or print it out. Please have your ticket ready.
If you’re using your phone we recommend screenshotting your e-ticket in advance.

You can choose to spread the cost of your ticket at the end of the booking flow. Simply add the tickets to your basket, head to the checkout and then at the very end of the booking flow choose to either pay in full or pay monthly.
Victorious Festival operates on a tiered ticket system. This simply means that our ticket prices start cheaper for the early birds and increase as time goes on. The tiers of pricing are set when the Festival goes on sale and will progress through the tiers as we get closer to the event.
The sooner you buy, the cheaper it is. Other than the price you pay, there is no difference to the ticket you receive.

E-tickets will be released approximately 7-10 days before the event.
You will receive an email with your e-tickets, and we will announce e-tickets have been released on social media, and app notifications.
Booking confirmations are sent to the email address entered at purchase.
If you have not received your booking confirmation:
• search in your inbox for ‘Kaboodle’
• check any spam/junk or bulk folders
• log in to your Kaboodle account (set up when you placed your order). Head to kaboodle.co.uk and click on My Tickets. Use ‘forgot password’ to reset your password, and log in to see your booking.

Alternatively, to add additional festival admission tickets or extras such as Premium Upgrades or Park & Ride tickets, please go to your online Kaboodle account.
This account would have been created when you made your previous order. You can find it by going to Kaboodle’s website and selecting ‘my tickets’ from the tabs at the top of the home page. If you don’t remember the password you set up, follow the ‘forgotten password’ link.
Once you have logged in, you should be able to see your current Victorious Festival purchases under ‘current bookings‘. Click ‘manage booking‘ and you will find the ‘add tickets‘ tab on the top left.
Next, select ‘add extras’ from the top left and select your additional items(s). To pay the balance, click ‘checkout’ on the bottom right and fill in the required fields.
INFORMATION ON KIDS TICKETS
- Kids Tickets can only be purchased at the same time as Standard Tickets.
- If you’ve already purchased a standard ticket and wish to buy a kids ticket please follow the instructions below.
- There is a limit of 2 x kids tickets per standard ticket.

ADDING KIDS TICKETS TO YOUR ORDER
If you already had standard tickets, and wish to add additional kids tickets, please go to your online Kaboodle account.
This account would have been created when you made your previous order. You can find it by going to Kaboodle’s website and selecting ‘my tickets’ from the tabs at the top of the home page. If you don’t remember the password you set up, follow the ‘forgotten password’ link.
Once you have logged in, you should be able to see your current Victorious Festival purchases under ‘current bookings‘. Click ‘manage booking‘ and you will find the ‘add tickets‘ tab on the top left.

Camping is only available to customers attending all 3 days of the festival.
If you currently hold tickets and would like to add camping to your order, a ticket upgrade can be arranged.
If you would like to upgrade your tickets to full weekend with camping, please contact our ticket providers on victorious@kaboodle.co.uk.
Make sure you include your booking reference and ask them to upgrade the tickets. Kaboodle will then contact you with a secure payment link, so you can pay the additional fee. Your upgraded tickets will be sent to your email address.
Logging in to your Kaboodle Account
Your account would have been created when you made your order, using the email address you entered when you made the purchase.
1.) Head to Kaboodle’s website and select ‘my tickets’ from the tabs at the top of the home page.
2.) If you don’t remember the password you set up, follow the ‘forgotten password’ link.
3.) Once you have logged in, you should be able to see your current Victorious Festival purchases under ‘current bookings‘.
4.) From here you can download your booking confirmation, and your e-ticket. Your e-ticket will only show once it’s been released which happens 7-10 days before the event.
5.) You can also add tickets and extras to your order by clicking ‘manage booking‘ and using the tabs on the left.

We recommend you buy your tickets in advance however, if there are any remaining tickets, they will be available to purchase online.

find my ticket – can’t find my ticket – where is my ticket
All e-tickets will have the name of the purchaser on them. You may gift your ticket to a friend or family member. ALL tickets have a UNIQUE barcode that is scanned upon entry to the festival. Once it has been scanned that barcode number will become void meaning the ticket cannot be re-used.
Please be aware of touts/scammers and bots and only purchase tickets from trusted sources. Always purchase from the Victorious Festival official website.
Standard ticket pricing terms and conditions apply to everyone. The earlier you buy, the cheaper the ticket price.
At the gate:
Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, therefore, you will only need to show I.D/identification at the gate if you are accompanying a minor/s (someone who is aged 15 or under) and you yourself look Under 25.
At the bars:
I.D./identification will be required at all bars when purchasing alcoholic drinks. We operate a very strict challenge 25 policy. Accepted forms of I.D. are valid photo driving licence or passport only.
Beware of unauthorised ticket agencies and touts (including EBay, Facebook, Gumtree & Craigslist, Viagogo, Seatwave and Stubhub). Please also beware of scammers and bots targetting people on social media. They have not been supplied with tickets by the promoter and therefore there is a possibility you may end up paying over the odds for a ticket that may not exist or might never materialise. Even the reputable auction sites have been known to let down customers at the last minute.
All of our tickets have unique barcodes, and once used – cannot be used again.
