Comedy Takes Centre Stage at Victorious Festival 2025!

This year’s comedy offering will be front and centre on the festival’s main stage building on its growing popularity at the festival.

Thanks to the vital work on the £180M Southsea Coastal Scheme, which is transforming and protecting Southsea’s stunning seafront, we have a unique opportunity to bring comedy to the main stage. This exciting change means thousands more fans can enjoy our star-studded line up in an unforgettable setting.

Leading the laughs on our star-studded comedy lineup, is the brilliant Joel Dommett— stand-up star, actor, and much-loved host of The Masked Singer UK — supported by the razor-sharp Andrew Maxwell. Saturday will see Live at the Apollo favourite Chris McCausland take to the stage, with musical comedy from the wonderfully witty Jon Long. Then on Sunday, we’ll be closing out with a true comedy icon, Ruby Wax, bringing her signature blend of sharp humour and insightful commentary — plus a special Sunday addition still to come!

And, of course, comedy is just part of the picture — with incredible artists including Kings of Leon, Queens of the Stone Age, Vampire Weekend, Nelly Furtado, Michael Kiwanuka, and The Last Dinner Party already announced, this year is shaping up to be one to remember.
