Important Information

1. I.D

Accepted forms of I.D. are valid photo driving licence or passport only.

At the Gate:
I.D will only be required at the gate if you are lucky enough to look under 25 and accompanying a minor/s (challenge 25 policy)

At the Bars:
I.D. will be required at all bars when purchasing alcoholic drinks. We operate a very strict challenge 25 policy.

2.) Names on Tickets

If a friend bought your ticket on your behalf and the ticket therefore has their name on it – this is not a problem. You will not have any trouble getting into the event.

3.) Lost Tickets

All tickets purchased online are e-tickets (with unique barcode) and sent to the email address you booked with.

If you can’t find your tickets, please visit the link below. Enter your details in the “forgotten your details”section located under the blue Twitter button. Make sure you use the email address you booked with.

Your order will then be resent to you via that email.

4.) Line Up Times

The Gates open at 10am. Live music starts at 10.05am. Headline bands will finish at 11pm with headline DJs finishing at midnight.

Souvenir Line up Lanyards will be available on the day along with times on our website.  Our friends at The News will also publish a pull out guide for the weekend.

The Main Entrance is located on Avenue De Caen just off of Clarence Parade. The Esplanade Entrance is located on Clarence Esplanade.
